Commissions Terms of service
general information
You must read and agree to the conditions below before working with me (the artist). By submitting the order you agree with the terms below.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
-I reserve the right to update the commission prices and information and any time, however, an already agreed commission on a said budget won't have its price changed.
-All communication will be documented, either via email, social media, or discord.
PAYMENT
-Payment Upfront. Commissions won't be started until the payment is completed or an agreed amount is funded (for payment plans).
-Refunds. The client will get a full refund (with the deductions from PayPal or Payment Processor fees) if:
• I'm canceling the commission
• The client cancels the commission before progress is made.
Process
-To Order. Send an email/message to [email protected] or any of my social media with your idea. I use a slot system. If the slots are full you can ask to be added to the waiting list. You can check the slots/queue here in any of my social media.
Some considerations:
-During the early sketch, there are 2 revisions. Any major revision (like changing pose, changing character, changing scene, etc) or extra revision will be charged +$.-After payment is done. I'll send WIP and sketches for the client to review.-When the commission is finished, the client will get a high-quality png file sent to their email. Any other format and quality that can get exported by the program used can be requested with an extra cost as long as I still have the source file.
Deadlines
-Depending on the difficulty of the commission and the demand, it can take between 1 week to 3 weeks.-I'll send WIPS and updates if relevant progress has been made.-The client can ask for updates, but be considerate.
RIGHTS/COPYRIGHTS/PERMISSIONS
-By default, commissions are for personal use only. The client can't use the image for commercial purposes.-Personal/Non-commercial uses: use it as your profile picture for social media or print for personal use. Crop the image for banners or social media.-As the artist, I retain all the rights to the image. I can use any image I create for portfolio, social media sharing, printing, and distribution through Patreon/Ko-fi or similar when the character portrayed was created by me or when it is not property of the client.-I do not own the rights of the characters portrayed unless they were created by me.-The commissioner can't distribute or resell the art created as NFT, use it to promote Crypto or use it for Al training projects/services.-If the client desires to use the art commercial purposes, a commercial license has to be discussed and bought this way the rights of the image.
